Download and complete the application. Mail the original signed and notarized application and the $500 application fee to ABPLA, P. O. Box 51, Crawfordville, FL 32327.

What can you expect once you have completed and mailed the application and fee?


Your application will be reviewed by the Credentials Committee
References will be contacted
You will be notified within eight weeks of application status, then


You will be required to sit for examination
On passing, you will be presented with a Diploma conferring Diplomate status
Your name and curriculum vitae will be added to the ABPLA’s web site
